Why Manchester United star should be ashamed of his diving antics

Manchester United winger Ashley young was deployed as a right fullback in yesterdays champions league match between Manchester united and Russian outfit CSKA Moscow at the Old Trafford. This is after doubt in the fitness of the usual right back, Italian Matteo Darmian.

Manchester were unable to break down the Russian defense for the better part of the game and were left frustrated even after dominating in possession. 

Ashley young appeared to cry out to the referee for a penalty in the second half, after going down in the box following minimal contact from Russian left back Georgi Shchennikov.

However the referee seemed not to be impressed and waved 'play on' to the amusement of many Man-United fans who believed the referee had made the wrong decision having not seen the play back footage, that clearly indicated the 30-year-old had applied his well known diving tricks.

Former Manchester United star Paul Scholes, who works as a pundit for sports a channel, was not impressed and wished the player would get rid of the 'tactics', which he described to have been ,injected, into the players game.
