Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has claimed last weeks defeat by Swansea in the Barclay's Premier League should not turn him in to the devil in the eyes of the club's fans. The Dutchman's tenure at United began badly a week ago and he takes his injury-hit squad to Sunderland on Sunday with questions being asked about the quality of his team.

IS HE THE NEW KING IN MADRID?

Image
Former Bayern Munich striker Mario Madzukic, scored the winner that saw Atletico beat Real to claim the Spanish super cup, last night. It seems Atletico Madrid have found their new star man after the exit of Diego Costa to Chelsea. Will the expensive kid in Spain, Bale,on the right of the picture, have to take a back seat?

JACK WILSHERE, NEXT PAUL SCHOLES?

Image
Many including Paul Scholes (former Manchester united and England midfielder) have described him as an upcoming England great. Wilshere is one of the best midfielders playing in the EPL (Arsenal) and to have come out of England in the recent past. He has the press of a good attacking midfielder and performs well for both team and country, but problem is he has been under criticism for his smoking behavior which seems to always come between him and his good performances and  also make people question his ability. He however seems to be 'growing up' and he may as well be the next England PAUL SCHOLES. Only time will tell.

Rio Ferdinand has revealed his desire to manage England one day. The 35-year-old won 81 caps for the Three Lions during his international career, and was named as captain for the 2010 World Cup before injury ruled him out. His playing days are not yet over - he is currently with QPR - but when he does retire, the former Manchester United man wants to represent his country again.

MAN UTD TO 'PASS' ON DI MARIA.

Real boss Carlo Ancelotti raised hopes among United fans that winger Di Maria could follow Argentina international team-mate Marcos Rojo to Old Trafford by confirming the winger wants out. But sources at United suggest that Louis van Gaal is a huge fan of youngster Adnan Januzaj and does not want to cramp his development by bringing in Di Maria, who would cost a club record fee in excess of £40million, especially with Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Juan Mata filling the other attacking positions.

DANNY WELBECK TOLD HE CAN LEAVE #MUFC BY BOSS LVG.

Danny Welbeck has been told he can leave Manchester United during the final week of the transfer window. The news will be of particular interest to Arsenal and Tottenham , who are both big fans of Welbeck and have checked on his availability in the past. With only two years remaining on his contract, United value Welbeck at around £15 million which would comfortably fit into the budgets of north London rivals Spurs and Arsenal. The 23-year-old can play as a left-sided forward, as he often does for England, or through the middle. He has scored 20 Premier League goals in 90 appearances for United. But with Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Javier Hernandez at the club, new United manager Louis van Gaal has decided Manchester-born Welbeck can leave Old Trafford.

BAD NEWS FOR MANCHESTER UNITED. #MUFC

Manchester United have been handed another blow after it was reported that their long time target Arturo Vidal, has been advised by his Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri to stay at 'The Great CLUB". Allegri has been looking forward to convince the 27-year-old to stay and it seems to be working after reports suggested that Man United coach Louis Van Gaal  has been in contact with As Roma, to try to seal a deal for his fellow country man Kevin Strootman, who Van Gaal sees as a good option to strengthen his defensive midfield problems. Man United fans are growing inpatient with the club and have urged the club to make signings and improve the club's EPL performances. Time will tell how many signings the RED DEVILS can make before the closure of the transfer period which is on 30th August.
Lius Suarez is BACK TO......!!! Relax he's just back to football not biting other players. The CAS court decided to allow him to train with the Barcelona squad and also play friendly matches for Barcelona though his Four months ban still remains and will see him not playing any competitive games for Barcelona or internationally. The former Liverpool star will be making his debut for Luis Enrique's side in a friendly against Mexican side Leon. Lets all hope he doesn't get pissed again, who knows what he has in store.
